INNOVATION AND EXCELLENCE IN GRAPHIC SOLUTIONS SINCE 2005
REMOX's journey began with an inspired conversation over coffee in a bakery. From the meeting between a chemistry professional and a graphic arts technician, both salesmen, a revolutionary idea was born to fill a gap in the graphics market: the efficient removal of adhesives. Since 2005, REMOX has been dedicated to improving and developing innovative materials to keep pace with advances in printing processes.
For the technical washing of anilox, we use specialized washing machines designed specifically for this purpose. This advanced equipment applies cleaning products in an optimized way, carrying out the entire washing process automatically using precise, controlled jets. This approach guarantees efficient and uniform cleaning, maximizing efficiency and minimizing manual effort.
An innovative solution for improving the washing process and unclogging anilox. This equipment operates at a temperature of 50º C and with high pressure, guaranteeing fast and efficient washing, exceeding the results obtained with ordinary jet washers.
In addition to its efficiency, the MEGA WASH 1200 stands out for its significant reduction in waste. While an ordinary jet washer generates approximately 20 to 30 liters of contaminated water per anilox rinsed, the MEGA WASH 1200 only produces around 0.3 to 0.5 liters per cylinder washed. This efficiency allows the equipment to be installed inside the factory or in small work areas.
Remover of adhesive, silicone, resin, hot-melt glues and catalyzed in laminators. AGEPROX RT-921 is suitable for difficult cleaning in places that accumulate resin residues, solvent-based adhesives and hot-melt glues, being extraordinarily efficient for removal and cleaning.
Pasty adhesive remover, solvent-based and solvent-less resins and hot-melt glues.
AGEPROX RT-818 is suitable for difficult cleaning in places that accumulate residues of adhesives, resins and hot-melt glues, being extraordinarily efficient for removal and cleaning.
In our innovative method, we use two specialized tanks - one for immersion and the other for collecting rinse water - to remove paint quickly and effectively.
The process begins by immersing the parts in the AGEPROX 672 product for approximately one hour. During this time, the paints are efficiently removed. After soaking, the parts are rinsed with an ordinary jet of water, which is enough to complete the cleaning.
The result is remarkable: parts such as tubs, guards, ink cartridges and hoses are left extremely clean and smooth, free of the opaque haze usually left by the use of conventional solvents.
Two washing stages, suitable for high-performance operation in cleaning parts impregnated with printing inks. The system is based on the use of chemical products diluted in low concentration water, propelled by high flow and pressure pumps through directional sprays. Heavy-duty carbon steel construction: it has a rotating table with a high load capacity. The door, trolleys, baskets and nozzles are made of stainless steel.
The door has an extremely effective closing system, with no need for maintenance or rubbers. It has a locking latch and a safety sensor that switches the pump off automatically when the door is opened. The centrifugal pumps provide high flow and pressure capacity on a continuous basis.
Its robust construction is designed to minimize maintenance and does not require a mechanical seal. Tanks that allow the administration of solution, waste and chemical products with the aim of minimizing costs.
