PARTS WASHING

Semi Automated Immersion Washing

In our innovative method, we use two specialized tanks - one for immersion and the other for collecting rinse water - to remove paint quickly and effectively.

The process begins by immersing the parts in the AGEPON P-672 product for approximately one hour. During this time, the paints are efficiently removed. After soaking, the parts are rinsed with an ordinary jet of water, which is enough to complete the cleaning.

The result is remarkable: parts such as tubs, guards, ink cartridges and hoses are left extremely clean and smooth, free of the opaque haze usually left by the use of conventional solvents.

PRODUCTS

SPRAY/IMMERSION STEEL PARTS CLEANER

AGEPON P 672 is a dehydrated product with alkaline salts, surfactants, decanter, corrosion inhibitors and evaporation. It cleans parts impregnated with solvent, UV and water-based paints. It is suitable for cleaning by immersion, agitation, spray in tanks, or in our Remox 1600 WR and Remox 2000 WR high-pressure washers. It provides efficient cleaning, eliminating paint residue from previous cleanings and reducing preparation time due to the system’s robustness. Large quantities of parts can be washed in one go (e.g. 10 1.50m bathtubs at a time).

BENEFITS

USE

NOTE: pour directly into the tank and stir or pre-dissolve AGEPON P-672 in a small amount of water before adding to the tank. Use the normal safety equipment for handling alkaline chemicals.

NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS

Temperature …………………………. 65 to 85°C.
Spray removal time …………….. 15 to 30 minutes.
Immersion time ……………………. 30 to 40 minutes.

MAINTAINING PRODUCT CONCENTRATION

Remover solutions should be analyzed periodically or whenever necessary in order to obtain uniform, high-quality results. Whenever necessary, send a sample to our laboratory for analysis or, if you prefer, we can provide a titration analysis method.

The AGEPROX RT 688 product revolutionizes the cleaning of aluminium parts, such as DOCTOR BLADE and RACKES, through an efficient immersion method. This process guarantees comprehensive and deep cleaning, completely removing any residue, including from holes and pipes. In addition to its effectiveness, AGEPROX RT 688 stands out for its long service life and non-flammable properties.

By adopting this method, we have eliminated the need for solvents in the parts cleaning sector and dispensed with the use of cleaning cloths. The result is remarkable: stainless steel and aluminum parts are impeccably clean, with a fresh look and no traces of paint. This contributes significantly to improving configurations and solving problems such as faults, scratches and contamination caused by residual impurities on printer parts, a common challenge when using electrical cleaning solvents.
