ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY IMMERSION INK AND ADHESIVE REMOVER

AGEPROX RT-688 removes flexographic inks, gravure inks and adhesives by immersion with total efficiency. It also removes carbon and carbon deposits, polymerized latex and lacquer.

It can be used to remove ink, adhesives or carbon from all metals; aluminum and its alloys, magnesium and its alloys, steel, cadmium and copper, without causing attack.

For doctor-blade cameras. Does not attack any type of metal.

DESCRIPTION

AGEPROX RT-688 is a mixture of solvents, activators and corrosion inhibitors. It consists of two phases: the upper phase, which is made up of the oil seal; and the lower phase, which is the active part.

The evaporation of solvents from the active part is minimized by the oil seal. It contains no phenolic compounds, aromatic solvents or heavy metals, making it a product that is easy to dispose of and has a long service life.

APPLICATION OF USE

AGEPROX RT-688 is supplied ready for use. The entire contents of the packaging must be transferred to the tank. It operates at a temperature of 80°C – 90°C. Do not operate above this temperature range without prior consultation with our Technical Department.

After the removal procedure, the part must be rinsed with WATER at room temperature to remove the oily seal, using a jet washer.
