For the technical washing of anilox, we use specialized washing machines designed specifically for this purpose. This advanced equipment applies cleaning products in an optimized way, carrying out the entire washing process automatically using precise, controlled jets. This approach guarantees efficient and uniform cleaning, maximizing efficiency and minimizing manual effort.
HIGH PERFORMANCE ANILOX CLEANER FOR CYLINDER WASHERS
AGEPROX SPRAY 1022 is a product containing alkaline salts, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and defoamers. It cleans anilox cylinders impregnated with solvent, UV and water-based inks. Suitable for spray cleaning in automated washers and carton printers. Promotes efficient cleaning, reducing the time it takes to remove encrusted inks and is easy to rinse without foaming.
BENEFITS
Environmentally friendly, LONG LIFE, higher yield, easy disposal and reduced volume for treatment.
Total cleaning efficiency, does not contaminate paints with residues from previous jobs.
Replaces solvents and granulated products (sapolio) which leave particles in the alveoli.
Reduced toxicity in the workplace.
Economy: concentrated product to be diluted in water with low replacement and reduced consumption.
As it leaves no ink residue, it prevents particles from accumulating in the racle, increasing and promoting greater durability/productivity and print quality, eliminating the appearance of scratches.
Reduced cleaning time and better setup.
WASHER PREPARATION
For every 50 liters of tank, add 1 20-liter drum to the water and top up with water. Note: for equipment with 3 wash levels or a timer, set the timer to the shortest or set it to 10 minutes for the entire heavy cleaning cycle. In the first few uses, the cylinder is usually clogged with old paint and it may be necessary to repeat the operation.
Below is a 10-minute cleaning cycle.
NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
Temperature ………………….40 to 60°C.
Operating cycle time …….. 10 minutes.
Wear safety PPE suitable for handling alkaline chemicals.
