While an ordinary jet wash generates approximately 20 to 30 liters of contaminated water per rinsed anilox, the MEGA WASH 1200 produces only around 0.3 to 0.5 liters per washed cylinder.
This efficiency allows the equipment to be installed inside the plant or in small work areas. It is especially useful for washing shafted and solid anilox directly on the press, facilitating processes where removal for external washing is complicated and time-consuming.
Two washing stages, suitable for high-performance operation in cleaning parts impregnated with printing inks. The system is based on the use of chemical products diluted in low concentration water, propelled by high flow and pressure pumps through directional sprays. Heavy duty construction in carbon steel, it has a rotating table with a high load capacity. The door, trolleys, baskets and nozzles are made of stainless steel.
The door has an extremely effective closing system, with no need for maintenance or rubbers. It has a locking latch and a safety sensor that switches the pump off automatically when the door is opened. Centrifugal pumps provide high flow and pressure capacity on a continuous basis. Their construction is robust, with minimal maintenance and no need for a mechanical seal. Tanks that allow the administration of solution, waste and chemical products with the aim of minimizing costs.
