Two washing stages, suitable for high-performance operation in cleaning parts impregnated with printing inks. The system is based on the use of chemical products diluted in low concentration water, propelled by high flow and pressure pumps through directional sprays. Heavy-duty carbon steel construction: it has a rotating table with a high load capacity. The door, trolleys, baskets and nozzles are made of stainless steel.
The door has an extremely effective closing system, with no need for maintenance or rubbers. It has a locking latch and a safety sensor that switches the pump off automatically when the door is opened. The centrifugal pumps provide high flow and pressure capacity on a continuous basis.
Its robust construction is designed to minimize maintenance and does not require a mechanical seal. Tanks that allow the administration of solution, waste and chemical products with the aim of minimizing costs.
All electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems are protected to prevent accidental physical contact by operators and are in accordance with NR-10 and NR-12. In any emergency situation, tanks and pumps are switched off immediately. The tanks have a volume of 5,000 liters and are designed with chicanes, diverter valves and a bottom scraper to remove paint sludge, enabling the paint remover to last longer, consuming less water, energy and, above all, chemicals.
The technical and chemical washing process is Remox's responsibility and is obtained through tests carried out with the client. Loading and unloading will be carried out using 2 mobile trolleys with stainless steel devices. While one basket/device is being washed, the other is being loaded/unloaded at the same time.
DIFFERENTIALS AND BENEFITS
Reduced environmental pollution compared to compound solvents, ethyl acetate, alcohols and low-evaporation solvents.
Improved working conditions at the operator's station.
Decreased noise levels at workstations that use compressed air blowing, as well as savings on the air network.
Savings on chemical products (low concentration and regenerative circuit).
Savings on process water (closed circuit and appropriate filters).
Savings in direct labor.
Savings in physical space.
Savings in facility insurance compared to areas that use volatile, flammable and/or explosive products.
