PASTY ADHESIVE REMOVER, SOLVENT-BASED AND SOLVENT-LESS HOT-MELT RESINS AND GLUES
AGEPROX RT-818 is indicated for difficult cleaning in places where residues of adhesives, resins and hot-melt adhesives accumulate, and is extraordinarily effective for:
Removing, unclogging and decarbonizing laminators.
Deep cleaning of solvent-based adhesive on engraved rollers.
Cleaning solvent-less adhesive on chrome cylinders.
Cleaning adhesive on sleeves.
Removing and decarbonizing hot-melt adhesive pans.
Cleaning equipment.
Cleaning adhesives, resins and glues on floors.
Removing impregnated and dried paint.
BENEFITS
Efficient and fast removal of adhesives (solvent and solvent-less) and hot-melt adhesives.
Reduces machine downtime and improves setup.
Leaves no residue after rinsing with solvent.
Easy to use on fixed and cylindrical areas (pasty).
HOW TO USE
Using a suitable brush, apply a uniform layer of AGEPROX RT-818 over the area to be removed and leave the product to act: Cylinder in use immediate removal, crusts and more difficult places leave to act for up to 15 minutes. Quantity per application between 200 ml and 350 ml per laminating cylinder, which may vary according to diameter and scale found. After the adhesive has peeled off, remove with a cloth soaked in solvent. Can be used for cleaning bathtubs, floors and unlocking valves. In thick layers, make grooves to facilitate penetration of the remover. For removal of severe scale on engraved cylinders, use AGEPRINT 1325 together.
For operator safety: It is important to apply without rubbing. Just wiping and leaving a layer is enough to avoid splashing the product on the user’s skin and any contact with the product should be washed off with plenty of water.
HOW TO USE
As this is a product with strong degreasing power, it is recommended to avoid contact with the skin. PVC gloves, a mask for organic vapors and safety glasses should be worn. Use in ventilated areas. For more information, ask for the product’s Safety Data Sheet. Keep in unopened container, as the active ingredient is lost through evaporation, compromising removal efficiency.

AGEPROX RT-921 is indicated for difficult cleaning in places where residues of resins, solvent-based adhesives and hot-melt adhesives accumulate, and is extraordinarily effective for:
Removing, unclogging and decarbonizing rolling mill cylinders.
Deep cleaning of adhesive on cylinders of greater lineature and depth.
Removing and decarbonizing hot-melt glue pots.
Cleaning equipment.
Cleaning solvent-less resins in rubber and acrylic.
Cleaning resins and adhesives on floors.
Removing impregnated and dried paint.
Removing primers and catalysts.
BENEFITS
Efficient and fast in removing resins, solvent-less and hot-melt adhesives.
Reduces machine downtime.
Safe for metals: does not attack aluminum, copper and their alloys.
Leaves no residue after rinsing.
Easy to use on fixed and cylindrical areas (pasty).
HOW TO USE
Using a suitable brush, apply a thick layer of AGEPROX RT-921 over the area to be removed and leave the product to act for 2 to 15 minutes, depending on the dirt to be removed.
