In addition to its efficiency, the MEGA WASH 1200 stands out for its significant reduction in waste. While an ordinary jet washer generates approximately 20 to 30 liters of contaminated water per anilox rinsed, the MEGA WASH 1200 only produces around 0.3 to 0.5 liters per cylinder washed. This efficiency allows the equipment to be installed inside the factory or in small work areas. It is especially useful for washing solid-shaft anilox directly on the press, facilitating processes where removal for external washing is complicated and time-consuming.
